At Iowa private colleges, privacy is our middle name — literally. (Note from the English majors: OK, even though "private" and "privacy" aren't literally the same word, they do have the same "root" which is close enough for us.) The upshot of this English lesson is that operators of www.thinkindependently.com, the Iowa Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (IAICU), won't share your personal information with third parties. The information may be shared with the 29 member institutions that make up the Iowa Association of Independent Colleges.
